- Description
- The work consists of replacing the existing fire detection and alarm system with a new multiplexed addressable analog fire detection and alarm system, compatible with, and integrated with, an existing Honeywell XL5000 Facility Management System (FMS). Provide connections to HVAC equipment controls and elevator controls. Provide connection to remote monitoring station via digital communicator. Modify elevator controls to provide recall functions. Disconnect and remove existing fire alarm system. Project site is located in Jackson County, Medford District Office, Oregon. Project range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is May 1, 2001 and performance time is 60 calendar days. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total contract price. Bonds are required -- Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
