Description

HQ Air Force Space Command seeks qualified offerors capable of providing non-personal services consisting of: Helicopter and support equipment maintenance services to maintain Air Force equipment in serviceable condition, safely operable, and properly configured to meet mission requirements. Services will be contracted for the follwoing locations and models: Malmstrom AFB, MT -- 8 each; Minot AFB, ND -- 6 each; Vandenberg AFB, CA -- 5 each; F.E. Warren AFB, WY -- 6 each; and Yokota AB, Japan -- 4 each. All units above consist of UH-1N helicopters. There is a possibility of an additional location (Eglin AFB, FL) with 2 each UH-1N helicopters. Contract period 1 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003 with four or more one-year option periods. Interested technical offerors are to submit capability statements indicating experience, proficiency, and technical knowledge in the field of helicopter maintenance. Responses to sources sought request are required by 9 April 2001.
