Description

VISN 7 is contemplating procuring a consultant to determine if all 8 cities within the VISN have a commercial entity (contractor) available in that city to provide laundry services for the particular facility. The VISN facility locations are as follows: Decatur GA; Augusta GA; Birmingham AL; Charleston SC; Columbia SC; Montgomery/Tuskegee AL; Dublin GA; Tuscaloosa AL. At this stage in the process we are just trying to determine if A) there is a consultant available who could perform this service for VISN 7; B) what the estimated cost would be to provide the consulting services; C) approximately how long the process would take to complete the survey (i.e. number of days). The VISN would require the consultant to provide the commercial entities name, phone number, address, point of contact as a minimum. If able to provide such services, provide the three part information above by COB 3-13-01 to the point of contact listed.
