Description

SPAWAR Information Technology Center (SITC) plans to issue a sole source maintenance renewal contract on government owned software to Merant, P.O. Box 631691, Baltimore, MD for the proprietary PVCS Process Manager Software. The requirement is for a maximum of 200 users. Merant remains the exclusive owner of development of PVCS Process Manager Software and is the sole source provider for maintenance of the product.
