THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 01 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR POWER SUPPLIES FOR 9' VACUUM CHAMBER. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to add the following statement to the item description: Power supply programable input can not draw more than 5 milliamp from the user output module, power supply monitor output has to be compatible with a 200k ohm input impedance of the user input module. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and reside on the World Wide Web (WWW) server which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
