Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to solicit and negotiate with MCNC, on other than full and open competitive basis, for the fabrication of a series of six 4" Ge and Si wafers and build patterned aluminum, polyimid, and indium tin oxide layers on the Ge wafers and patterned polyimid and gold layers on the Si wafers. Sole source based on patents on relevent wafer fabrication processing owned by MCNC. "See Note 22."
