The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, has a requirement for a dynamometer which will be able to measure the force and moments (6 degrees of freedom) in an orthogonal coordinate system that is aligned with the shaft of the dynamometer.This quotation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
