FPG01064001515 for NSN 3120-01-428-4490, Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning in accordance with General Electric Co (cage 07482) part numbers 9991M76P01, 9991M76P02 or 991M76P03. This is a source control and a critical application item. Drawings/plans/specifications are not available and will not be furnished by the Government. Only approved sources will be considered for award. Approved sources are: The Torrington Co. (cage 60380) and Sargent Controls and Aerospace Kahr Bearing Div (cage 97613). Solicitation is for a quantity of 2146 and will contain provisions for 100% quantity option. FOB -- Destination, Inspection/Acceptance -- Origin, Delivery 180 DARO, QAP B02. Deliveries will be made to a DLA conus stock location with 100% anticipated delivery to Tinker AFB CA. ABVM provisions will apply and the award choice may be made on a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. See Note 26. Solicitation issue date is April 05, 2001.
