Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-99-G-1554 with Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. (BHTI), P.O. Box 482, Ft. Worth, TX 76101, for the incorporation of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 1684R2. This ECP will incorporate firmware changes, by retrofit, to the Stores Control Panel to support actual laser pulse repetition rate of the laser. BHTI is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AH-1W helicopter and is the only known firm capable of providing the above work in a timely manner.
