Description

Provide a complete turn-key operation for replacing boilers, converting to LP gas, removal and disposal of UST's and AST's installing new fuel oil AST, and miscellaneous mechanical work in boiler rooms. Removal of Asbestos containing material in mechanical rooms. The specification, plan/drawing is available with bid packages for T'iis Nasbas School, Teecnospos, (Apache County, Navajo Indian Reservation), Arizona. The project range is $500,000-1,000,000. This acquisition is set aside for small business firms, labor surplus area. Project site visits/technical questions may be arranged/forwarded to Ms. Geraldine Arviso at (505) 863-8425. Evaluation include past performance of similar work for the past two years. Section 7(b) apply in preference opportunity in subcontracting, employment and training. Serious offerors must submit a written request. A limit of twenty-five (25) bids shall be mailed in the order of receipt to CO. Bids open April 18, 2001, 2 pm local time.
