Description

Masonry Restoration, -- J. Marvin Jones Federal Building, Amarillo, Texas, SOL GS-07P-01-UHC-5008, DUE April 20, 2001, Point of Contact (POC) -- Elizabeth Taylor, 817/978-2779, NAICS Code 235410 (formerly SIC Code: 1741). Provide all labor, equipment, materials, & supervision required to perform selected exterior wall masonry restoration. The J Marvin Jones Fldg. Bldg. is located at 205 East Fifth St., Amarillo, TX, Project No. RTX95047, Bldg. No. TX0006ZZ. The building is occupied and shall remain occupied during the entire period of construction. Period of performance is 140 calendar days. Estimated cost range of project is $250,000 to $350,000. This contract will be acquired utilizing informal Source Selection procedures with a firm fixed-price award to offeror who provides the best value to the Government. GSA is issuing this solicitation only electronically. This solicitation will issue on or about March 20, 2001. The solicitation, and any documents related to this procurement, will be available via the Internet in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. This data will reside on a World-Wide Web (www) server which may be accessed using a www browser application. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.eps.gov/.
