Description

Single award term contract for period beginning August 1, 2001 and ending July 31, 2002 for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Production area, assumed 100 km (62-mile) radius of zero milestone of Washington, DC. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of their ability to meet schedule. Furnished material and proofs must be picked up from and delivered to: NOAA Document Services Branch, OFA531, Room 8651, SSMC #4, 1305 East West Highway, Silver Spring, MD 20910. Approximately 10 to 25 orders per year for approximately 100 to 40,000 copies of 6 to 500 pages per order. Sizes 152 x 229 mm (6 x 9") up to and including 216 x 279 mm (8 x 11") including album style. Print head to head, head to side, head to foot, or one side only as indicated in black or single ink color other than black and up to three additional PMS colors, and/or 4-color process. Operations include film making, printing in up to four colors and/or 4-color process, binding, packing and distribution. Bids offered are f.o.b. destination within the commercial zone of Washington, DC, and f.o.b. contractor's city to all other destinations. Quality attributes level III.
