Description

The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB) has a requirement for janitorial/custodial maintenance services at Government-owned facilities located at the Transmitting Station, Sites A and B, in the vicinity of Greenville, North Carolina. The Contractor shall provide daily cleaning services (Monday through Friday), and special cleaning services (windows, equipment, etc.). These services may be requested on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually or as requested or directed by the Authorized Representative of the Contracting Officer (AR/CO). Delivery Terms: Base year will be from date of award through September 30, 2001 with four consecutive one-year renewal options beginning on October 1, of each of the following years. Contractors that are interested in receiving a copy of the forthcoming solicitation package should contact the Contracting Officer at the above-stated address. This public notice is not an RFP or IFB. Interested firms may submit an offer which shall be considered by the government. This is a Small Business Set-Aside Procurement (Numbered Note 1).
