Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the City of Seattle for the Pacific Marine Environmental Lab (PMEL). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide shares of single mode fiber optic cables and Innerduct through fiber partners agreement. This is a joint project between City of Seattle, PMEL, and several other governmental agencies. City of Seattle is the lead agency procuring construction and installation of required fiber optic cables. This is a joint project agreement wherein all agencies pay for their portion of the total fiber optic project.
