This is not a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5; however, it does serve as a notification that the acquisition planning process has begun regarding the Environmental Management A-76 Cost Study at Robins AFB. The service provider shall perform all environmental management tasks and functions as defined in the Statement of Work. A determination has not been made as of this date regarding the issue of a set-aside.
