Description

The Jet Propulsion Laboratory/California Institute of Technology (Caltech/JPL) operating under a prime contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) seeks interest from the small business community to provide Engineering Services in support of the Laboratory's Deep Space Network (DSN). Engineering support shall include the design of hardware/software, fabrication, assembly, test and implementation of hardware and software for antennas, facilities and associated supporting electronic equipment. This technical and assembly effort will be provided in support of the Deep Space Network (DSN). The primary qualifiers for contractor consideration are: (1) The technical staff should have antenna and antenna supportive hardware/software and documentation experience; (2) the contractor shall have a facility within twenty (20) miles from the JPL Pasadena, California facility. The contractor may lease a facility; and (3) the contractor shall have a government-approved accounting system to record allowable and allocable costs.
