This is a modification to the Broad Agency Announcement issued on 21 December 2000 which requested white papers for the LCU program. The purpose of this announcement is to make known the due date for the submission of white papers in reference to the broad agency announcement released on 21 December 2000 is extended from 16 March 2001 to 27 March 2001.
