Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Brand Name or Equal in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.211-6. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-22 (10 January 2001) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs), 1998 edition, and current to DCN 20001025. It is anticipated that payment will be made by Government VISA Credit Card. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334119 with a size standard of 500 employees.
