Description

Refer to Note #1, 22. NSNs: 1005-01-033-2804, Ammunition Chute, NOBLE MANUFACTURING (76793) P/N 0621D17562, 1005-01-033-7155, NOBLE MFG. (76793) P/N 0621D17560. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with pricing based on quantity ranges and shipment to multiple stock locations. The estimated award date is 4May01. Delivery schedule of 240 days will be desired. All responsible sources may submit and offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s) 9(x), (X) 26. Copies of solicitation are available at the office address above or by faxing 614-692-2262 and will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in the CBD. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 4 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source is NOBLE MFG. (76793). While price maybe significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Various Increments are Solicited applicable to both NSNs as follows: FROM 15 TO 50, 51 TO 100, 101 TO 200 AND 201 TO 400 PIECES.
