Description

This announcement is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured solely by Eaton Aerospace LLC,Sterer division (CAGE 99643) formerly Vickers Inc. Companies interested in offering on the NSNs, other than authentic Eaton Aerospace LLC parts please contact N. Back at 614-692-7949. All NSNs are available via the World Wide Web -- refer to WEB LINK. FSCs to be covered under this project include: 1560,1630,1650(predominant), 3110 and 5365. Please note that final decision will be based on the overall best value of the Government and not necessarily the lowest price. The factors other than price include part performance, delivery, Socioeconomic Support, Mentoring Business Agreements Program and Javits-Wagner O'Day Act Entity Proposal. No RFP will be issued as it is anticipated that these NSNs will be added to an existing contract. See Note(s) 12 and 26. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 1560,1630,1650,3110 and 5365. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Refer to section "M". All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation as applicable, which if timely received will be considered by the agency.
