- Description
- The Department of Health and Human Services intends to negotiate a Unit price Agreement (UPA) for renovation services on a sole source basis with the Lessor of the Parklawn Building, Laszlo N. Tauber, M.D. and Associates. This UPA will predetermine costs associated with renovation projects required by various DHHS agencies that are tenants of the Parklawn Building. The award will be the base year with four (4) option years. No solicitation document exists and requests for such documents shall be considered as non-responsive to the announcement. See numbered Note 22.
