- Project is located on the Winona District of the Ouachita National Forest in Perry County, Arkansas. Work consists of constructing a conference room in the Jessieville Work Center Building including installation of a drop ceiling, wiring, cook top and lights, installation of HVAC System, floor coverings, sink and related plumbing and other related work. Project is open to both large and small business concerns. Estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
