- Description
- The work consists of flotation channel excavation, construction earthen closures, and furnishing and placing geotextile, sheet pile, and armor stone within the Marsh Island Refuge as shown on the contract drawings. This solicitation will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS); therefore, there will be no charge for plans or specifications. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
