Description

NAIC Code 561720. Janitorial Services for the National Wetlands Research Center, 700 Cajundome Boulevard, Lafayette, Louisiana. The performance period is for one base year with four option years. The work consists of janitorial services for interior cleaning of building which is approximately 60,000 square feet. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about 03/16/01 with responses due 04/17/01. An electronic version of this RFP is NOT available. All requests for the RFP must be submitted in writing to the address above, or by email to the contracting specialist at kmarkley@usgs.gov. All requests should include the requestor's name, full address, point of contact, and telephone number. This will be a Commercial Items contract. See Note 1 which states the proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business.
