The purpose of this solicitation is to procure the service of a contractor to perform inspections of Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) multifamily projects under repair, construction or substantial rehabilitation located in the State of Arizona. This is 100% set aside for small businesses. HUD intends to award one contract.
