Description

This solicitation is being advertised as a Small Business/Small Purchase Set Aside. The NAICS CODE for this solicitation is 23332, Size Standard is $27.5 Mil.. MISCELANEOUS REPAIRS AND PAINTING IN WING A-1, BLDG 1, NAVAL HOSPITAL, BEAUFORT, SC. The work includes the repairs, painting of the various areas in Wing A-1 and painting of many rooms as shown on drawing. Prospective offerors may perform a pre-bid site visit by contacting Mr. Rand Thacker at 843 228-6143 (cell 575-7162). A pre-construction conference will be required shortly after award of contract. The Government intends to issue the entire solicitation including plans and specifications on or about 26 March 2001. Viewing and downloading will be available at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective Offerors must register themselves on the web site. ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFEROR'S MUST REGISTER IN THE CCR DATA BASE AT www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. LACK OF REGISTRATION IN THE CCR DATA BASE WILL MAKE AN OFFEROR INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. The official plan holder's list will be maintained and can be printed from the web site.
