Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity's (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a sole source basis, a purchase order to AVID Center, 5353 Mission Center Road, Suite 222, San Diego, CA 92108. The contractor shall perform annual training, reporting, certification, and networking (AVID support Services -- Action Plan Line #34 & #35). Contractor shall also provide contract deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are mandatory for award and payment. The AVID Program is already established. Use of this contractor is mandatory in order to implement this program and maintain its annual consistency. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is an education activity and qualifies for academic/educational pricing. No bids are required. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NO SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. "NOTE 22" APPLIES TO THIS PROCUREMENT.
