Description

The deadline for receipt of proposals is extended to March 26, 2001. Amendment No. 2 has been issued to reflect this change. The Postal Service seeks a supplier to design, develop and conduct training courses in customer relations, interpersonal skills and a business service network overview. The design and development and pilot testing of the courses will be firm fixed price. The conduct of the courses will be indefinite quantities ordered by delivery order.
