Description

Block 10: This is an open and continuous solicitation. a. The purpose of this amendment is to update information in the synopsis/solicitation. b. A.9. is changed to read: This agreement shall remain in effect for three (3) full years from the date of Contracting Officer signature unless sooner terminated by either party under the terms and conditions set forth in the BOA. The BOA shall contain two (2) one-year option periods. c. Clauses are corrected to read as follows: 52.233-3 Service of Protest (Paragraph (a) shall state: Jeanette W. Davis, IBO-C, Bldg 1-1333, Corner of Macomb and Armistead Streets, Fort Bragg, NC 28310) 52.204-4 Printed or Copied Double-sided on Recycled Paper 52.216-8 Ordering (Oct 1995) This clause will be tailored to each individual basic ordering agreement. The initial agreement will be for a base period of three (3) years with two (2) one-year option periods. d. Offers shall be received at the IBO-C, AFZA-IBO-CC (V. Hardy), Drawer 70120, Fort Bragg NC 28307-0120. (Bldg 1-1333, Room 107, Corner of Macomb and Armistead Streets, Fort Bragg, NC 28310). e. The requirement for copy of FERC license with agent number is deleted.
