- The Government intends to award a non-competitive contract to the State of Utah for a type I fire crew. The Forest Service will be sharing the cost of the crew with the State. This contract is awared under the authority of the National Fire Plan as stated in Public Law 106-291 of the Interin Appropriation.*****
