Description

The VA Medical Center, Sioux Falls, SD intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole-source contract with CRAssociates, Inc., Newington, VA, under authority of FAR 6.302-2. A justification for other than full and open competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for management of clinic in Sioux City IA in VA-leased space and utilizing VA-furnished equipment for a period of up to three years. This CBD announcement is being placed to satisfy requirements in FAR5.201. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
