Description
Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Tx has a requirement for Reagents. Items will be on an "on call/as needed" basis with the exception of catalog numbers 3032, 2224, 2345 and 2380 which require a 30-day advance notice. Period of performance will commence immediately through 30 Sep 01 with four 1-year options. This requirement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. All prospective offerors are cautioned that if selected for award, they must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration CCR Program. CCR registration must be validated before award can be made. The method of payment under this requirement will be via the International Merchang Purchasing Authorization Card (IMPAC). Therefore, awardee must be able to accept the IMPAC Card for payment purposes before award is made. No award will be made to contractors that do not accept the Government Credit Card. Contractors are responsible for taking the bank action necessary to accept the Government Credit Card. Contractors shall provide evidence of their ability to accept the Government Credit Card with their proposal. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and reference the RFQ# DADA09-01-T-0129. Requests may be faxed to (210) 916-3040 or (210) 916-4698. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
