Description

Develop a conceptual model specification, perform sensitivity analyses, develop portions of a Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTTCG/ME) Accreditation Support Package (ASP)-II for the Modular UNIX-based Vulnerability Estimation Suite (MUVES)-S2 software model, and modify BEAMS to realistically handle cylindrical objects and shell structural response. It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to a Small Business Applied Research Associates, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes may be faxed to (410) 278-6972. Contractor must meet the requirements of being very familiar with the JTTCG/ME and MUVES-S2. Contractor shall have SECRET level clearance. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which will be considered by the Agency. No telephone request will be honor.
