Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (For ease of preparing offers a written solicitation is available by request email marla.smith@richardson.army.mil. This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis. Offers are due by 4:30p.m. March 9, 2001. ITEM NO DESCRIPTION QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE AMOUNT 0001 United States Army Alaska desires to enter into a contract, for all of the following services, during the period June 9, 2001 through June 12, 2001. -Access to dedicated local telephone line in the main lobby area for messages and modem use by conference staff from Saturday, June 9 1:00 pm through Tuesday, June 12 3:00 pm -Access to on-site safety deposit box by conference coordinating staff from Saturday June 9 1:00 pm through Tuesday June 12 3:00 pm -Access to on-site copy machine for occassional printing support (not to exceed 500 pages) and FAX machine for incoming and outgoing faxes from Saturday June 9 1:00 pm through Tuesday June 12 3:00 pm.
