- Description
- Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to solicit and negotiate with DRS Infrared Technologies, on other than full and open competitive basis, to purchase 1 each Long wave infrared focal plane array. Focal plane array must have 480 by 640 pixels, each with 25-micron size, and be sensitive to the 8-12 micron region of infrared light. Sole Source based on compatibility of data collected using focal plane array currently in use at NRL. "See Note 22."
