Description

Description: The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes paving three parking areas in Western Colorado Maintenance Center. Project location is Montrose County, Colorado. Estimated completion date is 80 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. NOTE: In accordance with FAR 5.102-3, Western procurement officials will be limiting availability of this solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 19, 2001. The closing date is on or about April 19, 2001. This proposed procurement is set aside for small business concerns. NAICS Code is 23411 and the applicable size standard is $27.5 million. See numbered Note 1. All responsible small business sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. All requests must be in writing and faxed to 970.461.7377.
