Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-aside and reserved exclusively for small business concerns. If no acceptable offers are receive from responsible small business concerns, the set-aside shall be withdrawn and the requirement, if still valid, shall be resolicited on an unrestricted basis. (Reference FAR Part 19) The applicable NAICS is 561730. The maximum average annual receipts for each of the last three years cannot exceed $5 million. Proposals must be received by this office no later than 4:00 PM Alaska time March 27, 2001. Any questions must be received by this office no later than 4:00 PM Alaska time March 12, 2001.
