Description

Guard services at various locations within the State of Arizona. Government performance based requirements. The request is for one basic year with four (4) one-year options. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7381. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. For purpose of this requirement, a small business is a firm whose average annual receipts for the preceding three years do not exceed $9.0 million. This acquisition is a source selection with the following technical evaluation factors ranged in descending order of importance: (1) Past Performance, (2) Management and Plan of Operation, (3) Financial Resources and an Oral Presentation. BID AND PERFORMANCE BONDS ARE REQUIRED. The successfuly offeror must be knowledgeable and have a proven track record of professional competency in the security field. Offerors must have security licenses to operate in the State of Arizona. Estimated issuance date of solicitation is on or about February 28, 2001.
