Description

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a requirement to receive real estate data for a base period of performance, plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. The real estate data must cover at a minimum fifty (50) Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA) nationwide for property including office, industrial, retail, and apartments. It must also include submarket analysis and data. Data elements must include rent, vacancy rates, absorbtion, and new construction. OCC intends to award a contract utilizing Commercial Item Acquisitions -- part 12 of the FAR. All interested vendors shall submit their requests for receipt of information to the point of contact listed herein.
