Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, intends to issue a solicitation on a full and open competition basis for a research and analysis effort involving image and signal processing. The goal of the effort is to develop new image understanding in the following areas: polynomial correlation filters (PCF's), rotation invariant 3-d correlation filters, parametric filters based on Karhunen-Loeve (K-L) decompositions, and separable correlation filters. Award of a contract will be made on a best value basis. An incrementally funded CPFF contract with a base year of performance plus two option years is anticipated. Contract deliverables will be data and software.
