Description

Furnish all labor, material, supplies and equipment for Blended Fruit Juice Beverages for Fort Sill Oklahoma Dining Facilities as follows: estimated 37,500 gallons to consist of 6 assorted flavors such as: Fruit Punch(red); Pineapple Drink; Lemon Drink; Pear Drink; Strawberry Drink; and Cherry Drink. Drink shall contain no less than 5% juice(reconstituted product after mixing), shall be chilled, concentrated. Packaged in recylable gallon(s) containers or bag-in-box. Concentrate level of 5 to 1. One year contract period from 1May2001, or date of award, thru 30Apr2002 with 2 one-year options. A requirements contract is contemplated. NAIC Code is 311411; size standard is 500 employees.
