This is a Notice of Intent to negotiate sole source with BARD VASCULAR SYSTEMS Division, CR Bard In., 25 Computer Drive, Haverhill, MA 01832 to supply Item I.D. #25638 Membrance Perfusion Sets, composed of H4700 Cardiotomy Reservoir, HC70 Pre-rinsed Hemoconcentrator *Bulk 009, T95-416 Pump Pack, T965-493 Table Pack, Oxgenator, Pre-packaged for Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, (VAMC) 508 Fulton Street, Durham NC, for the period of 2 years.This notice is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. No additional specifications will be furnished. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the government. This notice may represent the only official notice of such solicitation. See Note 22.
