The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) 3400A-007 7" high rack mount chassis , Qty 3 2) 3400A-112, Controller RS232, Qty 3 3) 3400A-201 Base Multiplexer, Qty 3 4) 3400A-302 Base Demultiplexer, Qty 3. This requirement is sole sourced to Apogee Labs, 121 Dickerson RD #3, North Wales, PA 19454 for compatibility. Responsible firms believing they can provide the above Multiplexers and accessories may submit a written response to the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
