17. NSN: 5306-01-163-9568, PN: 7-211511211-3, Quantity: 160 each, applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with deliveries to APO, AP 96260-5000, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 80 each, 225 Days after Contract Award (DACA), and 80 each per month thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 80 each, 150 DACA, and 80 per month thereafter until contract completion. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to those small businesses which are approved. This item is restricted to the approved small businesses, Avibank Mfg., Inc., 210 S. Victory Blvd., P.O. Box 391 Burbank, CA 91503 and Hi-Shear Corporation, 2600 Skypark Drive., Torrance, CA 90505. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
