The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to New Cumberland PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 189 each 313 days after contract award. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 238 DACA. Item Number 0001AA requires two bids, (1) Bid A, with First Article Test (FAT), and (2) Bid B, No FAT required. Pursuant to the provisions of FAR 19.000(b), this procurement action is set-aside only for small business concerns operating within the United States, its territories and possessions, Puerto Rico, the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, and the District of Columbia. Requests for this solicitation from foreign entities will not be honored. See Number Notes 1, 23, and 26.
