DESC: 1015-01-440-5937, Part Number 11579940, Leg, Mortar Mount, Assembly of Manufactured Parts including: P/N 11579934 LUG; P/N 11579933 TUBE; P/N 11579932 FOOT FIXED. Parts are manufactured and assembled as per Drwg, Specifications. End Item is the 81mm M252 Mortar. Requirement is for 45 ea. FOB Point is Destination. Estimated issue date is 21 Mar 01. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY01 requirement. Propposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation will be issued electronically in acordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c). Therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://aais.ria.army.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet.
