Construction and lease of a new postal facility at Waldo, Fl 32694-9998 (Alachua County). USPS controlled site is located directly east of the intersection of N. E. 5th Blvd. and U. S. 301 in Waldo, FL. Site size if 70,045 sf and the net interior of the building will contain 4,000 sf. 20 year lease term with two 5 year renewal options at fixed prices.
