Description

This solicitation is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102 (a) (7). There will be no written solicitation made available. Prospective offerors can access the solicitation on the Internet at: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. This solicitation is prepared in the commercial item format and is consistent with FAR Part's 2 and 12. North American Industry Classification System 446110 applies. The small business size standard is 5 million. The South Texas Veterans Healthcare System has a requirement for Pharmacy Services. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions, therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The government anticipates making a single award to the most highly qualified offeror, however in accordance with the terms of the solicitation the government may exercise the right to make multiple awards. Facsimile and telephonic requests are not acceptable. Offeror's must use the electronic medium outlined above. Sealed offers should be submitted to the address listed on page 1 of the solicitation.
