Description

Electricity and ancillary services, for ultimate delivery to DoD and other Federal Civilian installations in Illinois -- 900,000,000 kWh. The closing date for the Scott AFB account is March 7, 2001. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
