Description

DESCRIPTION: NSN: 6830-01-318-5797. Approximately 412,509 Dekatherms of Direct Supply Natural Gas to be delivered to installations behind Washington Gas Light. Specifically, Fort Detrick, Andrews AFB, MD, U.S. Army Research Laboratory, MD, U.S. Army Research Lab, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Walter Reed Army Med Center (Hume Dr.) The delivery period will commence May 1, 2001 and run through September 30, 2002. Requirement type contracts with Economic Price Adjustment will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer. When calling for verification, be prepared to state: name, address, and solicitation number. This solicitation is amended as follows: 1. The closing date and time for receipt of offers is hereby extended to March 9, 2001, at 2:00 P.M. local time Ft. Belvoir, VA. 2. Line item 3012/3312 Fort Riley, KS. is added, consisting of an estimated quantity of 1,750,000 Dekatherms of Direct Supply Natural Gas, for delivery FOB Mainline Kansas Gas Service System via Firm or Firm equivalent Transportation with Supply Management for the delivery period of April 01, 2001 through September 30, 2002.
